Frequently Asked Questions
Does this tool search all Reddit comments or only a subset?
The tool fetches a user’s recent comments via Reddit’s public API. It does not search every comment on Reddit; it only retrieves comments for the username you provide.
Can I filter comments by keyword?
Yes. Use the optional “Comment” field to enter a word or phrase. Only comments that contain that text (in the comment body or subreddit name) will be shown.
How are results ordered?
Comments are ordered by creation date, newest first.
How recent is the comment data?
The tool uses Reddit’s public API and returns the most recent comments available for that user (up to the limit supported by the API).
Are there limits on results or searches?
Yes. Free usage has limits on how many results you get per search and how many searches you can run. The usage section on the page shows your limits.
